Our Strategic Plan

Improvement Plans 

Each section of the school creates a yearly improvement plan based on the whole school strategic plan and the main objectives of the year. The improvement plans are presented to the Board in March so that the necessary budgetary, staffing and curriculum plans can be prepared for the following academic year.

Strategic Objectives

  • Improve community engagement opportunities, including parental engagement.
  • Implement creative art opportunities across the curriculum to enhance students' overall experience.
  • Ensure staff members are trained to use new academic technology.
  • Encourage all staff and students to embrace life-long learning through TD skills.
  • Develop effective gifted and talented, and learning support programmes.
  • Develop consistency in appraisal delivery for both the leadership team and board members.
